The liquoreux 2011

The Spring came exceptionally early. The month of July was a wash out with frequent rain. The sunny weather in August succeeded in catching up in the vines on the lateness of maturity. September was particularly hot (between 28 and 31 celcius in the last week). October brought with it a real Indian summer. In the end, a good vintage full of finesse. We made two select picks between the 3 October and the 11th, speedy with impeccable botrytis between 18.5 and 27 in sugar.
